• Order information — details related to your concrete order, such as quantity, mix/PSI, delivery date, job site, and scheduling.
• Communications — records of texts, calls, and emails between you and our dispatch team.

• To process, schedule, and confirm your concrete orders, including next-day order confirmations.
• To send you delivery, scheduling, and order-status updates.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer service.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile number to Bullard Ready Mix (for example, when you place or arrange a concrete order), you consent to receive transactional text messages from us related to your order — including next-day order confirmations and delivery or scheduling updates.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in. You choose to receive texts from Bullard Ready Mix in one of these ways: (1) verbally, by telling our dispatcher “yes” when asked on the phone whether you would like text messages at the mobile number you give us. This applies to customers placing or arranging an order and to our own drivers for dispatch messages. Our dispatcher records your number, name, and the date and time of your consent, and calls to our dispatch line are recorded; (2) by texting us first at 334-222-4276; or (3) by checking the optional text-message consent box on the quote request form at bullardreadymix.com. Texting is optional and is never a condition of purchase or employment. The first message we send confirms your enrollment: “Bullard Ready Mix: You are subscribed to order and delivery texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

Keywords. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation and no further texts until you reply START. Reply HELP or INFO for help.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you — for example, with service providers who help us deliver concrete, process payments, or operate our messaging and dispatch systems. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
