These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Bullard Ready Mix (“Bullard Ready Mix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and our text-message (SMS) order-confirmation program. By using our services, placing an order, or providing your mobile number to us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Bullard Ready Mix is a family-owned ready mix concrete supplier serving South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, with plants in Andalusia and Florala, Alabama. We provide ready mix concrete, precast products, and aggregates, along with related ordering, scheduling, and delivery services.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Bullard Ready Mix offers a text-message program to confirm and coordinate concrete orders. By providing your mobile number to us (for example, when placing or arranging an order), you agree to the following:

• Program description: We send transactional messages about your concrete orders, including next-day order confirmations and delivery or scheduling updates. This is not a marketing program.
• Consent: You consent to receive these text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you may also confirm orders by phone at 334-222-4276.
• Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. You may receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 334-222-4276 or dispatch@bullardreadymix.com.
• Supported carriers may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in. You choose to receive texts from Bullard Ready Mix in one of these ways: (1) verbally, by telling our dispatcher “yes” when asked on the phone whether you would like text messages at the mobile number you give us. This applies to customers placing or arranging an order and to our own drivers for dispatch messages. Our dispatcher records your number, name, and the date and time of your consent, and calls to our dispatch line are recorded; (2) by texting us first at 334-222-4276; or (3) by checking the optional text-message consent box on the quote request form at bullardreadymix.com. Texting is optional and is never a condition of purchase or employment. The first message we send confirms your enrollment: “Bullard Ready Mix: You are subscribed to order and delivery texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

Keywords. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation and no further texts until you reply START. Reply HELP or INFO for help.

Orders, Pricing & Delivery

• Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, plant capacity, and scheduling.
• Quantities, mix designs, and pricing are estimates until confirmed by our dispatch team; final amounts are based on concrete actually delivered.
• Delivery times are scheduled in good faith and may be affected by weather, site conditions, equipment, or circumstances beyond our control.
• The customer is responsible for providing safe, adequate site access and accurate order information.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our website and communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullard Ready Mix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, our text-message program, or delays in messaging or delivery. Product-related warranties and obligations are governed by your order documents and applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
